WHAT TO EXPECT

Hands-on CULINARY CAMP is back by popular demand with TWO ALL NEW MENUS!
Kids learn the basics along with some advanced baking/cooking techniques, knife skills,
food safety and cleanliness all while having a blast learning to make delicious food and treats!
We empower and inspire kids to be confident in the kitchen as they develop skills that will
LAST A LIFETIME! Baking and cooking is science, and this camp will help reinforce math,
science and creativity through applied learning. Ingredients and supplies are now included in
the overall fee. Kids will eat or bring home what they make


WHAT TO EXPECT: Each day your chefs will make the same item together, which will focus on teaching a different cooking/baking technique or skill. Kids will collaborate in teams of two to measure, mix, knead etc…, then shape and bake their own creations on a tray for them to eat and/or bring home to share with family and friends. Space is strictly limited to 6 kids per session which will allow Chef Arm to provide focused small group instruction. Don’t hesitate, register today!

MENU A: June 10-13, June 17-20, June 24-27, July 1-3, July 8-11

Cook and Bake Sweet and Savory things like: Calzones, Fresh Egg Pasta with Alfredo Sauce, Whoopie Pies and Lemon Squares all FROM SCRATCH! Menu subject to change.

MENU B: July 15-18, July 22-25, July 29-Aug.1, August 5-8 and August 12-14
Baking things like: Yeasted Doughnuts, Mini Bundt Cakes, Fresh Churned Ice Cream with Chocolate Mochi Bites all FROM SCRATCH! Menu subject to change.

Please bring a container approx. 11” x 9” to transport their creations each day.
